Houndstooth Lounge Bed

So glad we came across this brand at a local pet store and decided to see what else they offered online. We were looking for a well made/structured bed that wasn’t hideous to look at and that fit our two pitties. Well not only do the dogs fit with more than enough room to stretch out but it’s roomy enough that my husband can sit with them in the bed. Looking to get another one now for the bed room. Very happy with our purchase.

We got this for our lab/golden mix because she loves to curl up as well as stretch out. It's big enough for her to stretch out, and the sides are stiff enough so she can comfortably curl up. She clearly liked it so much that I carried it into our bedroom at night so she wouldn't have to sleep on the plain old, uncushioned bed. Finally I decided that she needed another one for the bedroom, so I bought a second. She used to lie on the hallway rug waiting for me to get ready to take her out in the morning. But now, with her new bed, she heads straight to the bed to wait for me to get my keys and jacket and coffee. I was initially reluctant to pay more than I did for her previous beds, but now I'm a believer. The beds are totally worth it.

We all love this dog bed. We have also had another one for over 2 years, but the design didn’t match the family room in our new house so we wanted a different pattern. The other one has held up amazingly—it still looks brand new after washing the cover and vacuuming the rest. This new design in the “light blue” is honestly gorgeous—it match’s our gray decor perfectly. The soft, velvety sections are especially cozy. My sweet golden pup jumped on and fell asleep within minutes of taking it out of the box. I know it seems expensive for a dog bed, but it’s worth every penny and will last forever.

Luna is a large boxer female and very picky about her beds. Upon the arrival of this one, she sat next to me as I unpacked everything. She immediately hopped on and hasn’t moved! She always seems so well rested and energetic after laying on this bed. The bed itself is very well constructed, has no odor, and holds up well after washing.

Purchased for our 1-yr old Border Collie who has recently taken a liking to removing the stuffing from dog beds and pillows. She loves the new bed and so far has not tried to destroy it. Fingers crossed.
